I am based in beautiful Pegasus Town, North Canterbury. My coaching studio is in my home, however if you live further away, I also offer coaching on line, either through Skype or Messenger.

I firmly believe that you have the answers to wellness within yourself, given you know your body better than anyone, I offer a personalised plan, confidentiality and support to achieve goals.

I offer both because I don’t believe 1 size fits all. 1 to 3 sessions will provide some people with enough support to achieve their goals.

Others would benefit from my programs depending on their need.

In our first contact, we discuss your needs and find the most cost effective option for yourself.

Before you arrive for your first session, I require you to fill in a wellness questionnaire that covers physical Health, sleep  & Energy, Stress, Dietry Habits and Life Balance.

I work from client lead approach. You are the driver, you know yourself what is the most important thing to start with. Each session is tailored to you. I use motivational interviewing and positive psychology to unlock your goals so you can be the best person you can be.

EFT stands for “Emotional Freedom Techniques” also known as “Tapping”. Tapping is a self help technique that helps you be at peace with your emotions. Fear of moving forward, or fear of failure is a common barrier.

Sessions are 1 hour long

No restrictions, no measuring, counting calories or grams and no scales!
