EFT (Tapping)

EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques is a self-help tool that I use in my sessions. EFT focuses on the meridian points to restore balance to your body’s energy system. We focus on what the negative emotion is by stimulating the meridian points and this reduces the stress or negative emotion that you feel.

I use this in my coaching sessions to reduce the impact of barriers (most barriers are emotionally charged) so that you can move forward quickly in your journey and reach your desired outcome.
