How I Work

I hold space for deep emotional healing, specialising in helping adults heal from the impact of childhood trauma, anxiety, stress, overwhelm, grief, and past experiences that have left emotional imprints.

Using powerful energy-based techniques like EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), TBT (Trauma Buster Technique), and Matrix Reimprinting, I gently guide you to the root of your pain, not to re-live it, but to safely release it.

I also teach EFT as a tool you can use at home to all my new clients, so you’re supported between sessions and can start to feel more confident managing day-to-day triggers on your own.

You’ll always be met with warmth, honesty, and a space where you can say how you really feel in your own words, no judgment, no pressure.

All sessions (apart from the Discovery Calls) are available in person or online, whatever feels safest and most accessible for you.
Support calls and texts between sessions are offered freely, because true healing is not limited to our sessions.

1:1 Healing Sessions

Each session is deeply personalised and guided by what’s coming up for you in the moment.
We work together to explore what's underneath your current struggles and gently shift the energy and emotional patterns that are keeping you stuck.

Initial Session (90 minutes)
Your first session includes space to share your story, connect, and begin the foundational healing process.

Follow-Up Sessions (60 minutes)
These sessions build on your journey, helping you integrate, release, and continue softening the impact of old trauma and current triggers.

Session Packages

For deeper healing and ongoing support, I offer both 3-session and 6-session packages.
These are perfect for clients who are ready to go further and want a sense of continuity and flow in their healing journey.

During your first session, I’ll give you an idea of how many sessions might support you best but it’s important to know this can evolve.
As we work through different layers of trauma, your needs may shift, and that’s completely normal.

There’s no pressure or fixed timeline.
We move at your pace, and everything we do is based on what feels right for you.

What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)?

EFT, also known as tapping, is a gentle mind-body therapy that combines elements of cognitive therapy and acupressure. By tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on emotional issues, EFT helps release stored stress, anxiety, and emotional blocks from the mind & body.

What can EFT help with?

EFT can support a wide range of issues, including anxiety, stress, trauma, phobias, limiting beliefs, grief, low self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm. It’s also effective for physical symptoms linked to emotional distress, such as chronic pain or fatigue.

What happens during a session?

In a session, we’ll talk through the issue you’re wanting to shift while gently tapping on meridian points on the face and upper body. You remain fully clothed and in control the whole time. Each session is a safe, calm space tailored to your individual needs.

How many sessions will I need?

Every person is different. Some clients feel relief in just one session, while others benefit from a series of sessions to work through deeper patterns. We’ll discuss your goals and create a plan that feels right for you.

Can EFT be done online?

Absolutely! EFT is highly effective over a video call. You’ll be guided through the tapping process in real time, just as you would in person. All you need is a quiet space and a stable internet connection.
